Malmesbury & District Foodbank and our support services are here to help, acting with respect and without judgement.

Advice helpline

If you’re worried about money and struggling to afford the essentials, you can contact a free helpline for personalised support.

Financial support

Find out which social security payments and financial support you may be eligible for.

Refreshments will be available at both centres, and clients will be able to talk to volunteers who may be able to signpost to other organisations who may be able to assist.

Whichever centre you use, you will still need to contact your referrer who will then issue an electronic voucher (e-voucher).

Citizens Advice Wiltshire

A Citizens Advice counsellor is available at all our sessions for clients of the foodbank to address the root cause of people’s financial hardship, offering a fast track, face to face service for people accessing Salisbury Foodbanks support. Please take the opportunity to meet the counsellor.

Get emergency food

If you need help, we can provide an emergency food parcel. We can help you find out where to get a food voucher for emergency food.
